Laying the Foundation (1995–2005)

We started in 1995 with a single workshop and a clear mission: build reliable pellet machines for real industrial use. By 1999, we had launched our first ringdie pellet mills and hammer mills — and within a year, we became the top seller in Central China. That same year, we delivered our first turnkey feed line. From 2000 to 2003, we sold over 500 pellet mills and completed more than 100 production lines (each 5+ t/h). By 2005, we had stepped into biomass energy equipment, expanding our vision beyond animal feed.

Scaling Up & Going Global (2006–2017)

This was the decade we grew up — and grew out. In 2009, we became an importexport company, opening two new factories in Zhengzhou and Kaifeng. In 2010, we set up our international trade headquarters and secured ISO, CE, BV, SGS and other key certifications. The following year, we shipped our first turnkey poultry feed line to Kyrgyzstan — our first entry into Central Asia. By 2017, our equipment had reached 93 countries, covering feed mills, biomass plants, and steel silo projects. We also expanded our product range to over 15 series and 200 models, becoming a true onestop supplier for the industry.

Global Reach & Smart Manufacturing (2018–Today)

In 2018, we opened our first overseas branch in Uzbekistan under the Belt and Road Initiative. Even through the pandemic (2020–2022), our sales kept growing — we supported clients online, 24/7, across time zones. Today, RICHI has delivered more than 2,000 projects across 140+ countries and holds 23 patents. Our new 100acre manufacturing base — set for completion in 2024 — is the largest and most advanced pellet machine production facility in Central China. We’ve come a long way from that first workshop — but our core mission hasn’t changed: build equipment that works, and stand behind it.
