Double-layer Stainless Steel Conditioner

Corn and soybean meal in concentrated cattle feed require steam conditioning to boost nutrient digestibility. This double-layer conditioner is fitted with forged internal paddles that thoroughly blend raw materials with steam, holding discharge temperatures steadily between 70°C and 80°C.

The conditioning process gelatinizes starch, denatures crude protein and eliminates pathogenic bacteria, improving feed palatability and voluntary feed intake for ruminants.

Stainless Steel Ring Die & Roller Assembly

Constructed from stainless steel, the ring die supports adjustable compression ratios from 1:8 to 1:12, with standard die apertures of 5 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm. Its moderate compression ratio produces dense, transport-resistant cattle feed pellets of balanced hardness that do not hinder feeding.
