Mixing

The ground powder is precisely weighed according to the formulated recipe using a high-accuracy batching scale, then transferred to a twin-shaft paddle mixer. Here, it is blended with water, steam, and liquid additives to form a homogeneous dough.

Extrusion

Conditioned material is fully melted inside the twin-screw extruder and shaped through custom dies. The line produces standard kibble profiles. A variable-frequency cutter enables adjustable cutting speed to precisely control pellet lengths between 10 mm and 20 mm.

Drying

Right after extrusion, damp fresh kibble moves into our multi-layer mesh belt dryer. We set separate hot air zones between 90°C and 100°C to limit heavy Maillard browning. A reliable dehumidifier cuts pellet moisture to 8–10%, delivering ideal crunch for dog food.

Spraying

Hot dried pellets enter the drum coater, where natural animal fats (chicken fat, beef tallow) and flavor enhancers such as meat powder and cheese powder are also added. The roller constant tumbling delivers even fat coverage, creating glossy, rich-flavored pet food pellets.
