Raw materials like corn, soybean meal, and meat by-products are fed into a hammer mill with interchangeable screens. The mill reduces them to a fine, uniform powder, ensuring proper particle size for efficient steam penetration and gelatinization during cooking.

Mixing

The ground powder is precisely weighed according to the formulated recipe using a high-accuracy batching scale, then transferred to a twin-shaft paddle mixer. Here, it is blended with water, steam, and liquid additives to form a homogeneous dough.

Extrusion

Conditioned material is fully melted inside the twin-screw extruder and shaped through custom dies. The line produces standard kibble profiles. A variable-frequency cutter enables adjustable cutting speed to precisely control pellet lengths between 10 mm and 20 mm.

Drying

Right after extrusion, damp fresh kibble moves into our multi-layer mesh belt dryer. We set separate hot air zones between 90°C and 100°C to limit heavy Maillard browning. A reliable dehumidifier cuts pellet moisture to 8–10%, delivering ideal crunch for dog food.

Spraying
