After the equipment arrives, what site preparations do I need? Do you provide detailed instructions?
Yes — and we provide them before you even pour concrete. We’ve seen too many clients start building without proper specs, only to find their ceiling is too low for the cooler or their transformer can’t handle the motor load. That’s why our engineering team prepares a full set of drawings and requirements right after contract signing. You’ll receive:
① Foundation drawings with load calculations and anchor bolt positions.
② Electrical layout showing total power consumption, cable sizes, and control panel locations.
③ Steam boiler sizing (if needed) — for example, a 3–4TPH feed line typically needs a 0.5t/h boiler, and we tell you the required steam pressure and pipe diameter.
④ Building height recommendations — we design our lines to fit standard warehouse heights, but if you’re tight on space, we offer low-profile configurations.
Even if your contract doesn’t include on-site installation, we’ll walk you through these documents via video. We also mark critical items — like where to leave access for maintenance or where to install dust collectors — so you don’t miss anything. You’ll have a clear checklist before the first container arrives.

My raw material is unusual — say, high-fiber grass or wet wood chips. Can your equipment handle it?
Absolutely. Here’s what we actually do before we lock in the design: we ask for a sample of your raw material — about 5 kg is enough. We run it through our lab equipment or pilot machines at our factory, measuring moisture content, bulk density, fiber percentage, and oil content. Based on those real results, we choose the right motor speed (6-pole or 8-pole for torque), ring die material (alloy steel like 42CrMo for abrasive wood, or stainless steel for feed), and feeder configuration — including break-arch hoppers to prevent bridging.
The key is: we don’t ship standard solutions. We adapt the line to your specific conditions. And if your material changes later — say you switch from sawdust to rice husk or add more grain to your feed formula — we can guide you on swapping dies, adjusting steam addition, or changing the compression ratio. That’s why we always ask about your current raw material sources and future plans during the initial conversation.

Once my equipment arrives, who handles installation? Do you send engineers onsite?
It depends on the contract — but either way, you’re covered. If our agreement includes on-site installation, our engineers will travel to your factory once all equipment has arrived. They’ll handle the entire installation process, oversee commissioning, run test batches, and train your operators until the line runs smoothly — producing qualified pellets at designed capacity. If your contract doesn’t include onsite installation, don’t worry. We’ll set up a dedicated project group with our sales, technical, and after-sales teams. You’ll receive detailed installation videos, step-by-step guides, and direct online support via video calls. In our experience, clients with some local mechanical skills can complete installation successfully with our remote guidance.
