Raw Material Pretreatment
Impurities, lumps, iron wires and stones are screened out to avoid machine blockages and product contamination downstream. Standard equipment includes cylindrical primary cleaning sieves and magnetic separators.

Crushing
Raw materials such as corn and soybean meal are pulverized to the required fineness. Livestock feed has less strict fineness requirements than aquafeed, so ordinary hammer mills are sufficient.

Batching & Mixing
Various raw materials are weighed proportionally according to feed formulas and fully blended in mixers. This stage is critical to guarantee balanced nutrition in finished feed.

Pelleting (For Pelleted Feed Only)
Uniform mixed mash is fed into the pellet mill, softened via steam in the conditioner, then extruded and shaped by ring dies and press rollers to form consistent solid pellets.

Cooling
Freshly extruded pellets carry high temperature and residual moisture. A cooler is mandatory to lower temperature and humidity and prevent mold growth during storage.

Screening & Packaging
Cooled pellets pass through screens to remove fines and broken fragments; qualified intact pellets are sent to automatic packaging machines for bagging.
